Transferring Information to Handhelds

Download and upload information (such as customers, items, and orders) between the handheld and PC.  This information can be downloaded with a direct local connection between the PC and handheld unit, or over a phone or wireless connection.  
 

Unattended Hotsync
 

Unattended Hotsync allows handheld operators to upload orders by simply dropping their handheld into a hotsync cradle, or having the handheld connect with the PC over a modem or wireless connection.
